- ABAlyson ButcherMar 30, 20263.0We love Lowe’s and are card holders here and have been for almost 10 years, but this is our second time doing curbside pick up and letting the store know that we are on our way letting the store know that we have parked in a spot and then sitting there for 30 minutes with no one showing up. I guess the second time trying this and having no one show up is the “fool me once, fool me twice, shame on me” scenario. So to anyone who reads this, do not do curbside pick up. It’s not worth your time. Just go inside the store and get it instead. I’m not sure why the service is even offered because the parking spots are also just used by people who walk in the store anyway and aren’t waiting for curbside orders. I don’t want to support HD, I want to support Lowe’s so we choose this store even though it’s not close to our house, but the customer service is so way downhill from what it used to be.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
