If I could prevent even a single person from getting countertops or appliances from Lowes, then writing this review was worth it. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, disorganization, and unbearable levels of frustration than working with Lowe's on our kitchen. 5 months worth of hours upon hours of calls and dozens of visits to the store trying to fix issued and get answers. I spent a WEEK alone just trying to get an itemized bill because we were being overcharged due to incorrect measurements that would have btw completely ruined the installation. We were delayed 5 weeks on install, and it would have been 12 if not for me again spending hours on the phone trying to fix their mistakes. They waited until 3 weeks into our project to tell us our countertop was not in inventory and that we would have to wait 2 weeks for more to come in. Then a week into that, changed and said it would actually be 8 weeks... Meanwhile we are pushing back delivery of our appliances almost daily because no one seems to keep track of anything and we had to turn misdeliveries away TWICE even though we were told they knew to hold the appliances. Our expensive microwave was broken out of box and they wouldn't let us return it even under warranty. They recommended us to switch dishwashers at the last minute in store, but then ordered it for us in the wrong color. Then when we realized and came into the store to get it switched out within the 48 hour install window, they argued saying well we got the wrong color and why did you wait so long for install. Idk why dont you ask your incompetent. Countertop department why we had to delay our install 6 weeks! They STILL haven't refunded us even though we returned it and bought the right color. I spent hours trying to get someone to rectify the countertop situation between delays, misinformation, incorrect measurements etc. And they closed our complaint tickets twice without speaking to us, ignored voice-mails, wouldn't pick up the phone when calling. Installation made easy is a scam used to obfuscate any accountability on Lowes part. Even their warranties are bs. I will make it my mission anytime I learn someone is looking to renovate that they should avoid Lowes at all costs. I could go ON and ON this doesn't even scratch the surface with the headaches we've dealt with. And no I don't want to speak to anyone unless you're actually going to make things right. I have ZERO interest in speaking with installation made terrible. Shame on you Lowes.

I just want to acknowledge Jeannette, Martha, Espie and Everett for going above and beyond for me!!! I was in a time crunch being from out of town trying to get a new microwave for my dad’s place that I was putting on the market ( I was flying back home Monday and this was Friday). They helped me locate the microwave and when it wouldn’t fit in my dad’s car they helped me find someone to deliver and install. What was a stressful time they helped me when I needed it the most. They all were so kind and helpful. I just can’t thank them enough. They truly took the stress of the situation and made me feel so much better by being so helpful and kind.. so thank you guys!! Lowe’s is truly a better place with kind thoughtful people like 4 of them working there!!! Thank you all!!!

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
