  I went in to look at clearance paint supplies for my non profit art gallery and was impressed with vast selection. I am definitely going to go back in when I have more time to explore... So many possibilities! Clean and well organized, also.

  This is a new store in the plaza, similar to Michael's but with more upscale selections and many unique indoor decorations

  While in the store, I needed help, so I walked close to an employee and said excuse me miss. The employee didnt look my way but mumbled something. I said excuse me miss again and said "I said yes (still not giving me eye contact)". I asked her if she knew where modeling wire was and said "At the end of the hallway". She appeared to be bothered by me asking her for help. I walked down the hallway and didnt see the wire. I walked back to the employee and told her I didnt see the wire. She gives me a nasty look and says "Did you see it on the website?". I said no, I'm here to buy it. I then asked her why is she being so rude. She start yelling saying "Im not being rude". So, I started yelling back asking to speak to her manager. Another employee comes by and ask if she could help me. I lower my voice and tell her yes, can you please call for a manager. She says yes and asked me what's wrong. I told that the other employee was being rude. The second employee then says "Well she doesn't speak good English.". I told her that doesn't give hear the right to be rude. I've dealt with employees that dont speak good English and still was given awesome customer service several times before...thats not a good reason to be rude. I gave 2 stars and not 1 because the Assistant Manager that came to help me apologized for the employee being rude, told me it would be addressed and walked me to the product, which was not down the hall. And just to be clear, the rude employee (Johanna) sounded like she spoke good English to me. 5 stars to the Assistant Manager.
