I saw the stuff stared at me with anger and hatred in his eyes the moment I stepped into the store. But he was the only staff available. So I had to deal with him. I first asked to buy Calstone pavers. I asked for partial pallet. But he said "I don't do partial pallet". I actually visited the store before and I know that I could do partial pallet for Calstone, just the unit price would be a little higher. Since this guy has a rude attitude, I decided not to deal with him. I then went to another entrance and tried to purchase Gator dust. The guy followed me and told me he would bring the bag for me. But the bag he brought was broken with dust leaking. I told him I would not accept a bag broken like this. So he went back and brought another bag. But this time, he brought the old generation of gator dust. I told him that this was old version and I asked for the 2nd generation. But he literally said "I don't want to do business with you." I have never met this guy before and I only dealt with him for 5 min in total. I don't understand why he would hate me like this. My past experience with this store was not bad. I don't know if the guy I met today just had a bad day or he was a racist. But tolerating employees having such behavior is definitely not acceptable.
