- ELErnest LeBlancAug 27, 20245.0Based on previous reviews, I decided to call Nick's Appliance Repair this morning concerning a dishwasher issue and I am so glad that I did. I was able to have someone come out to my home at noon and thankfully Juan was my repairman. I have never had such great customer service as I did today with Juan. He was extremely knowable, friendly and courteous, and his work ethic was tremendous. My dishwasher issue was somewhat complex but Juan tried many solutions before determining what the true problem was and he even left and went to the appliance parts store to secure the item needed to fix my dishwasher issue. Besides being so impressed with Juan's expertise, I was amazed on how reasonable the bill was especially given how long it took to fix my dishwasher. And now, my dishwasher is running again and I have Nick's appliance repair and Juan to thank for it. There are many appliance repair places in Santa Clara county, but after my extraordinary experience today, I will only call Nick''s Appliance Repair for my future repair needs and I highly urge you to do the same. I trust that you will be truly amazed at the quality of work and friendly customer service that I experienced today for the first time.
