    We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Lowe’s on Brokaw, and I’m at a loss trying to get this resolved. We began a kitchen project with the Brokaw store after a flood, and the process has been a nightmare from start to finish. There were incorrect measurements, incorrect scoping, delayed installation, and months later our kitchen is still not completed. On top of that, we were provided with three appliances that were incorrectly scoped. We’ve attempted several times to return them, but keep getting the runaround. No one at the store is willing to take ownership of the issue. I also contacted customer service today and did not receive any meaningful assistance. At this point, I am requesting a call from the district manager for the Brokaw store to address this situation and help bring it to a resolution. 2.19.25 We spoke to the number you folks mentioned and they have zero resolutions for us. Please get this resolved asap. We have 5k of appliances incorrectly scoped that is LOWES fault. Your return policy isn’t our problem.

    Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic policy knowledge at this location. I purchased a Harbor Breeze Lochwood fan in early January, and after installation, discovered it was mechanically defective. ​Before coming in, I called the support number listed on the manual. The representative explicitly stated that because the unit was defective, I could exchange it at the store-even after I confirmed with them that it was a clearance item. ​Despite this, the manager, Rosa, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She flatly refused the exchange, claiming "clearance items cannot be returned," which is false for defective merchandise under Lowe’s 90-day policy. To make matters worse, as I was walking away, I could hear her laughing with a colleague about the interaction. Being mocked by management for trying to exchange a broken product is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you value professional service.
