Disappointing Experience at Lowe's - Poor Customer Service
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Lowe's. At 8:15 p.m., I approached an employee to cut some wood, but he denied service, citing it was close to his lunch time 😒. I waited 40 minutes, thinking he'd be available after. When I asked again, he claimed the wood size was too small.
The next day, I went back at a different time, and the same employee said they don't cut wood after 7:30 p.m. 🤦♂️ Why wasn't this policy clear the night before?
Lowe's, revisit your staff training to ensure customers aren't turned away due to inconsistent service.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any home improvement store.
I paid for a next-day delivery for very specific waterproofing materials. Lowe’s took my money, promised delivery, and then never showed up. No call. No email. No update. Nothing.
Because of their failure, five workers stood around all day, unable to work. I paid $1,500 out of my own pocket for wasted labor. I had to drive across the city to pick up the materials myself and even pay another delivery fee just to keep my project alive.
When I contacted Lowe’s, all I got were excuses, delays, and empty promises. They admitted their mistake, but still refused to issue the refund. The level of negligence is unbelievable.
They easily eat my money without providing the service.
No accountability. No professionalism. No respect for customers’ time or money.
Avoid this store if you value your schedule, your sanity, or your wallet.
