They gave my generator to someone else. They didnt even know who they gave it to. Took two weeks to get my generator back. Thank god i saved my receipt on the original purchase to verify the serial number. Returned to me scuffed up and no idea what the person who obviously took the wrong generator did to it. Didnt even recieve any offer to make it right by a discount or anything. Buyer beware.
