Josh was courteous, attentive, and efficient during our consultation about moving to a different storage unit. When we returned later to move our belongings, Josh was unavailable. Theresa seamlessly stepped in. She quickly understood our situation, showed us the new unit, and explained everything so thoroughly that we had no questions at all. Excellent teamwork and outstanding service throughout.
