On paper it looks clean and secure, but the price increases after moved in were shocking — the promotional rate I signed up for quickly jumped a lot higher with little clear explanation, and it made budgeting tough. I also wasn’t happy with how communication was handled about those rate changes, which felt confusing and not transparent. The onsite staff were friendly enough, but overall the experience left me feeling stressed and disappointed given how important storing my belongings was to me.

Tony who runs this location is A GEM of a human. He must be protected at all costs. If there were more Tonys in the world, it would be a better place. He keeps the place clean, well run and it’s a seamless experience. We are moving to Seattle, and we’re sad to wave goodbye to him this evening.
