- SLSusan L.Jul 30, 20251.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I hired them to put outside rat traps. Expensive, but it had to be done. After setting traps out the next day, I was told that they would check at the end of every other month if there was anything in the traps. But they would come out if I called. That's ridiculous- rats shouldn't sit in a trap for two months. And I apparently have a lot of rats. Sure enough, I found rats after the first night and called them to come out. They had a company picnic the next day, but were able to come on Saturday. Appointment window 8am-12 noon. I sat at home and waited all morning. By 12.15 they had not come and I called. I was told that the tech was at lunch and the new appointment window would be 1-5 pm. So they wanted me to sit and wait all day. I can't work with that lack of commitment, so I cancelled the service immediately. I was told that I would receive a full refund immediately. It is now TWO MONTHS later and I have called six times, each time I was told that my refund was in progress. Today they told me again that they would refund the charge, but since it was so far past the initial charge (!!!!!) it had to be refunded by a check, not a credit to my credit card. They are not truthful and disorganized. If I don't have my check by Monday I am taking them to court.
