  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I hired them to put outside rat traps. Expensive, but it had to be done. After setting traps out the next day, I was told that they would check at the end of every other month if there was anything in the traps. But they would come out if I called. That's ridiculous- rats shouldn't sit in a trap for two months. And I apparently have a lot of rats. Sure enough, I found rats after the first night and called them to come out. They had a company picnic the next day, but were able to come on Saturday. Appointment window 8am-12 noon. I sat at home and waited all morning. By 12.15 they had not come and I called. I was told that the tech was at lunch and the new appointment window would be 1-5 pm. So they wanted me to sit and wait all day. I can't work with that lack of commitment, so I cancelled the service immediately. I was told that I would receive a full refund immediately. It is now TWO MONTHS later and I have called six times, each time I was told that my refund was in progress. Today they told me again that they would refund the charge, but since it was so far past the initial charge (!!!!!) it had to be refunded by a check, not a credit to my credit card. They are not truthful and disorganized. If I don't have my check by Monday I am taking them to court.

  Clark Pest Control has been treated our house over the past 10 years, helping to keep aggressive ants and pest away from our yard and home. David Sims has been excellent, always courteous, professional and effective at listening and helping to solve any issues that pop up.

  Clark is both efficient and effective. My bathrooms were fully of ants especially in the rain seasons. I called Clark and their technicians not only exterminated the ants in the house but also gave advice to cut down trees to prevent them from entering the home, so I can avoid the fate of the Buendía family.

  Has become really worse over years .All they do regularly is spray some stuff and keep traps if we ask them to. Have asked so many times to help stop rodent entry points. Also the service people don’t know where to keep traps and if rodent is caught they don’t even come right away. Very disappointed but don’t know who else to go with.
