It then rang and rang and rang and then disconnected after ringing for approx. 3 minutes. I called back only to speak with a lady who told me "there must not be a technician in your area call someone else" to which I responded with "I'm sorry, what?" and she repeated "there isn't a technician in your area, call a different company" and hung up. I was already in a stressful situation and to be met with that kind of customer service was just absolutely unprofessional. Worst customer service experience ever. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!
