The delivery service is a trash. I purchased 100 bags of 60-pound concrete and paid for delivery. They missed the schedule (4/14/2026). Lowe’s called me and said need to re-schedule the delivery. Then direct my phone call to another department (I think it’s the delivery agent). Because Lowe’s called me at 6:16 pm, it’s out of the working hours of the delivery agent.
The purpose of that call is to confirm the “can’t deliver”, not trying to help. I have scheduled 3 guys there for unloading the concrete and pouring concrete on 4/15/2026. Most likely I would lose over $1,000 for Lowe’s mess up.
Never purchase the delivery from Lowe’s again.
One more surprise, Lowe’s texted me at 8:14 am on 4/15/2026 saying that the concrete has been delivered at 11:04 am.
🤦♂️Texting me for an order “delivered” in a future time.
I wish I could give a “0” star, but I couldn’t. So I gave “1” star.

Extra terrible. They never pick up phone. No matter if you ask to talk to dept on line 2 or 3 or 4 or press zero or ask to talk to someone in spanish since english doesnt work.. i had forgotten something there and i panicked the entire time and had to drive back there it was horrible. I called maybe twenty times.

If you need help forget it I called three times got routed to three different things because of the AI assistant finally got to lumber and building and then I waited 10 minutes while the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang for 10 minutes this is unacceptable I do not care what corporation you are y'all need to get your crap the hell together. Because at this point all I needed was a piece of plywood that you guys sold cut by 2 ft and all I was calling was to double check to make sure that you guys were able to do that or not well I guess I won't know because I definitely won't ever be shopping here ever if y'all can't even pick up the phone when people call.
