Service was fine $240 for 1 key is expensive, next day at Costco I believe it was $170, so yeah not thrilled with the price. Especially when blank fobs are less than $10, I get you have to pay for vehicle, the person and the computer. But it seems like you are rather expensive. The tech was great and I would have bought 2 keys from you but he only had 1 available, when I asked for the service, I asked for 2 keys to be made, and you sent someone with only 1. So yeah if I know someone desperate I would recommend, if they have some time , not likely to recommend

This kiosk seems convenient, but the product is incredibly low quality. My key lasted about one week of minimal use at that.

I called a few locksmiths in the area, and as you know, you get what you pay for. Naturally, I chose the cheapest one, thinking I’d save some money. They offered to cut two keys that I had purchased from Amazon at an incredibly low price. So, I went for it. They showed up on time, and the guy was very friendly. I can’t remember his name, but he and another man arrived in a hatchback US SUV that looked like it had all the necessary tools for the job. It was raining at the time. I appreciated everything. He mentioned that he didn’t need my original key, which was still working perfectly, to program the two new keys. All he needed was the number that was on the lock that was on the floor on the driver’s side, between the seat and the door. He pulled the lock out like a pro and proceeded to cut the keys I had purchased from Amazon. After he cut the keys, he checked the door to ensure that both keys worked, and I was watching. He got into the car with his programming machine and proceeded to program the keys. Once he programmed the keys, he turned the key, and my car started. Okay, cool! I was very happy at the time. I gave him a generous tip and thanked him for his service. Later, I went home and noticed that the key fobs didn’t work at all. When I got into the car, the new keys he had cut for some reason wouldn’t work. They wouldn’t even turn the ignition on. So, I grabbed my original key, which turned the ignition, but the car wouldn’t start. I noticed the little green light on the Hyundai was lit up and flashing, indicating that the key wasn’t programmed anymore. I called them up because I was stranded. They contacted the technician, a really nice guy, who said there was nothing he could do for me because I had bought the keys on Amazon. I thought about it and realized that he hadn’t checked to see if the new keys worked, and neither had I. My bad. I started thinking about it and remembered that the key he had made worked. After an hour, I decided to try it one more time. New keys sometimes don’t work perfectly. Finally, I managed to turn the key, and I was able to go home. The technician called me and said he would show up the next day to fix all my keys at 1 p.m. So, I drove my car back to where I work and waited for 1 p.m. to arrive. But he didn’t show up. It wasn’t until about 2 1/2 hours later that I got a call from their dispatch saying that the technician couldn’t help me. There was nothing he could do unless I bought a brand new key, which was a hassle. I realized that these guys weren’t very nice or professional, and I wouldn’t use them again. I’d go to another locksmith and have him finish the job, even though it would cost me more money. Be careful what you do out there. Don’t go for the guy who gives you the lowest price. I wish I had listened to my wife. She said, “You get what you pay for.” We definitely got that. I gave him a one out of ten because I got two keys that worked, but the key fob didn’t. He blamed it on Amazon keys, but he didn’t even bother to check if they worked. When you program new keys, you should program the old ones along with them so they all work together. He never said anything like that. He left me with only two keys and one original broken key that was programmed.
