We could not be more thrilled with Louis's expertise, creativity, talent, and attention to detail. We also cannot say enough about his patience. He came to our home, measured our spaces, listened to our needs, made excellent suggestions, came up with an amazing design that showed he really listened to us, while also anticipating needs we didn't even know we had. He never lost his patience when we kept wanting to tweak small things and even when we decided to completely redesign a major part of the project, and he was always available to answer questions and respond to our concerns. He helped us navigate our truly horrendous HOA approval process and held our hand through the installation. He ensured that we were assigned the very best installation team, and Victor and his crew were excellent. There was a small hiccup with the wrong piece being sent from the factory, but everyone worked together to solve the problem, and, in the end, it caused only a short delay in completing the installation. The cabinets look wonderful and are exactly what we need for much less than it would have cost for us to go with one of the custom cabinet stores we had been directed to. We received truly superior customer service and cannot say enough good things about Louis.
