- JSJesse SanchezAug 27, 20251.0Copied 4 keys, 2 of them didn’t work and they don’t even have the general grooves of my original keys. And one of the two keys that do weren’t cut correctly so when I unlock my door I have to put in my key then pull it out a little, so when I have it in at the right angle only then the key works. Wasted 20$ 0 out of 5 stars go to home depot they do it right

Had to make 2 purchases because there did not seem to be a way to get 6 keys in one lot, from the Minute Key machine. Both lots were all made from the same Kwikset key that came with the original lock. However 3 of the keys from one lot did not work at all (in the lock) and the other 3 keys were very rough working. j went to a standard lock smith and had her make 6 new copies from the same original, as before but, non-robotically. All keys worked equally and smoothly in the lock. Would like to return your product: do you give the refund or does it come from Loews? Curtis Schreier
