Working in the construction business for over 10 years, I’ve never came across customer service and stock as bad as this store! I come here often for my business, and notice workers will constantly ignore you. On the slim chance they’ll help, they are uninterested and unprofessional. Everytime me or my family has come in, we’ve seen a worker named Noe constantly typing and talking on the phone instead of doing his job, and many other workers doing this. Do better Lowe’s!!!

I ordered 4 plywood panels for delivery from this store. The only delivery options were Thursdays, so I selected the next Thursday, with a delivery window of 12 - 4 pm. After ordering, I got conflicting information on whether I would expect the order between 12 - 4 or between 8 am - 8 pm (which is obviously an annoyingly disruptive window). About a day before, I got an order update that my order would be delivered between 3:30 - 7:30, which required me to move things around. The next day, this window came and went, and I got a call afterwards from the delivery driver that I would not get the items and it would be brought back to the store to re-attempt delivery. Here is where it goes from annoying to just plain weird (and also, extremely annoying). I spoke to someone (not sure from which store) who promised me a delivery for the next Tuesday (that never happened). No one from the San Francisco Lowe's ever called to let me know what was going on. Somehow, my item ended up at the Antioch Lowe's store. All the online help tools did not help me figure this out (they kept saying the order was scheduled for delivery). I only found out what was happening because someone from the Antioch Lowe's called me and told me that they had my items, but that they were outside of my delivery window and did not possess the ability in 2026 to derive a way to get these plywood panels to me. After asking them to talk to the San Francisco store and figure something out, or have them call me, I never heard a peep from the San Francisco store. Instead, a couple days later, the Antioch store told me the San Francisco store is out of stock of this item (and may not even stock it in general?)-side note, I confirmed with them that I did indeed place the order from the San Francisco store-and cannot get this item to me. They ended up issuing me a refund after wasting a week of my life and delaying an urgent project. I want to like the San Francisco Lowe's for its convenient location, but apparently delivery from this store cannot be trusted whatsoever. They may not even have the item you delivered. And they certainly won't reach out to you to help you in any way. It seems like your best bet for customer service is to contact the folks at the Antioch Lowe's who actually pick up the phone, even if they still can't help you.
