Some good plants but staff try and avoid you if you have a question. After going to this Lowes for 12 years, there was one time a staff member helped ring me up so I could use cash. He was friendly but the women who finished checking me out was not friendly and my being there seemed to bother her. I wonder if any man has been asked why he needs lumber? Been asked that multiple times which makes you feel uncomfortable. Maybe the culture there is rough because it seems like they don’t want to be there. Customers just need simple direction to locate items; or even better if someone has a service dog with them, show them because they can’t see easily.

This is the only large hardware store in the area, and it has issues. Almost every time I go here there is at least one thing on my shopping list that shows in stock at the store on the website but is nowhere to be found onsite. Driving to Colma or Daly City can be less of a headache if I have time and have a longer list.

Most inefficient and rude staff I have ever seen. Garbage customer service, garbage Christmas tree. Staff is just hanging out, chatting with each other, not helping anyone or doing anything.

If only I could give negative stars for this place. Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered in life. There’s so many employees but all the ones I have interacted with are completely incompetent. Truly don’t understand how this place is up and running.

This is usually my go to home improvement store. But as of late, it’s been hard to even have the thought of coming here and just head to Ace or Home Depot. The service today for copying a key was nonexistent. I asked two associates to call someone to assist but after waiting 15 minutes, no one came. I only needed assistance since the key copy machine was out of stock on the key I needed. After another customer finished using the other key copy machine, that one at least had the basic metal keys available. I wish I hadn’t wasted so much time. I’ll likely visit for bigger projects, but might be a sign to just go to a local shop instead.
