Tried to make a copy of my 2 keys twice and I made total of 10 keys, only 5 of them work. This is way below my execution- someone told me to push the key as far as it can go. I was pushing it in and it still does not work or make a difference. I cannot give this pokey to my child because it takes 20 min of playing with the key to maybe able to get into the house. Super unreliable

Just made 6 copies of keys and none work. Waiting for refund. Don’t come here until the machine is serviced there is obviously something wrong with it.

I don’t recall the last time I needed a key copied, but for convenience’s sake, this was perfect. The kiosk was located in the grocery store, so I didn’t need to drive somewhere else. The key was cut quickly and accurately. I was weirded out by the ‘keep the key on file’ option, but that might be perfect for some who want a little extra insurance from a lost key. The upcharge for ‘cutting the key better’ also had me like, ‘really!?’ I got the standard, I guess, rough cut key. I used my pocketknife nail file to get the small specks off and smooth any obviously sharp edges before using the key for the first time. The key worked perfectly! The last time I used one of these machines must have been more that 5 years ago—and it had a de-burring wire brush for inserting the key to remove the sharp edges. I’d rather the cost was a set price with no up charge for cleaning it up. At the time they were offering buy 2 (or was it 3?) copies, get one free, but I only needed the single. Overall, I would use the service again if needed.

NEEDED AND SATISFIED I needed a door key and I'd never used a machine like this. It was easy and quick to use. I would recommend and use again.
