It was a quick learn and I had my 3 keys (2 Kwikset keys were perfect, 1 Schlage needed buffing) The first key I put in was the Schlage key. Machine had no such key. After I successfully made 2 copies of the Kwitset, I was (again) offered a third key for free. I didn’t need any other keys copied so I paid for the two keys copied keys. I thought it was odd that the Schlage key would not be an option as it is a fairly common key so for the heck of it, I tried it again and this time, the key was available. Unfortunately it was too late for the buy 2 get 2 free option for me. I paid $10 per key. I was a little bummed that I could have spent $20 instead of $30 if the machine had recognized the Schlage the first time. Something to be aware of. Outside of that, great product.
