I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. His professionalism and attentiveness were truly impressive. He also followed up with phone calls and communicated clearly and promptly. I decided to do all my business with him because he left such a strong, positive impression on me. I made sure to come in on the day he was working to finalize the deal. I didn’t really feel the need to speak with anyone else there; I was confident in my decision to work solely with Nick. For me, this is the go-to place for storage since it's conveniently located. I rented from this location before, but this time everything felt totally different. The gate is now accessible digitally through an app on your phone. Plus, there's no need to buy a separate padlock; I brought one with me, but they use a cylinder lock, which you need to purchase from them for $19.99.
