- KMKer MacFeb 17, 20261.0Single-handedly the most unprofessional process of my life. Months of delays, mistakes on their end with absolutely no renumeration, more months of delays, all while we get blinded by the sun (is that where they get their name?). The outcome? Nothing. We pay full price and deal with more BS (see below). Then they call and somehow found a number of a former work colleague that I never authorized them to call. They bothered her and called multiple times despite my emailing to never do so after the first attempt. Highly, highly inappropriate behavior.

They also helped fix some older blinds which were telescoping (even though these were not part of the original order). Updating to 4 stars - I’m happy with my order and service all in all (but do wish communications had been better throughout) Original: Good blinds, ok service. Overall happy with how the blinds turned out and the initial on-site performed was professional and informative. Once the order was paid for however the customer service really fell of a cliff. We went weeks without an ETA and once the order arrived parts were missing. It’s been a couple of weeks and no progress has been made in getting the missing parts (despite attempts at speaking with various reps). maybe we were just unlucky with the service hence the 3 stars, overall good but not great
