- KGKaly GasparicoApr 18, 20261.0Extremely horrible costumer service by Associate Stacey from store 1170 in the Garden Department. Came to pick up an online locker order, after I picked my order up. I walked into the garden center looking for Marigolds and insect poising. Told my husband to stay in the store since he had items unpurchased as I went out to check on the marigolds out front of the garden department. Walked out associated yelled to ask “do you want to pay for that?” The online order that clearly had a blue ticket on it stating an online order. I let her know it was already paid for and she walked out to look for me. My husband let her know it was an online order and stated “she didn’t show me a receipt” he told her “it has a blue ticket stating online order”. Once he paid for his items she continued to discuss the situation with her coworkers stating I didn’t pay and she was doing her job. I confronted her saying we get it to let it go. Lowe’s needs to train their employees on these blue tickets or what is the purpose of it? ALSO TO TOP IT MY ONLINE ORDER IS INCORRECT !! Literally wasted my time, never coming back only to return it

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
