My wife and I have been coming to this Lowes religiously for all our home improvement needs for the 5 years. I wager we've spent just shy if $43,000 in those 5 years on supplies for our home. Even got a Lowes credit card here. Im in this store every week or bi weekly. I called today because I wanted to get security doors and check inventory. I called 4 times in a row. The stupid AI they got to answer calls made my blood pressure go up immensely. It talks over me and doesnt understand basic items and details. I called up just now and finally got through to a girl at the desk. I told her I needed to speak with someone about doors. She said sure let me transfer you *click* hangs up on me. I call back, it rang for several minutes and she never picked back up for me. Lowes staff seems to think it's okay to troll hard working customers who feed them. I'll be going to the Glendora Home Depot instead if thats how Lowes wants to be about it. And I will end my credit line through them too if I dont get some sort of satisfaction. Ive been with you guys long enough now, I deserve basic respect.

Purchased a dryer a couple days ago . They told me they can install it and haul the old one away . I paid the extra cost .i had purchased the front load washer and dryer here before and they remover the old one and installed in the new ones . Didn’t have an issue til now . I bought a dryer and when it was delivered they said they can’t install it. I needed to get a handyman they left it in the middle of the living room . I asked why they had done it before . They said Lowe’s all they want is to sell appliances but don’t tell there customers they have to remove the old appliances themselves just to make more money from the customers. 😡

I came in to purchase an Ego string trimmer that was on sale. When I arrived at the store to purchase it, they did not show it to be on sale so I had to go through an ordeal to show them online that it was discounted. We had to get a couple of managers involved, but eventually they honored the discount. A 5-minute transaction turned in to be about 30 minutes when it was all said and done.
