  I ordered containers and I never received them... When I called them to report that I didnt receive my order they couldn't even help me with at least giving me a discount so I can reorder.. I understand that they don't help when things go missing but still. I won't shop with them again. I want to give my money to companies that will actually help.

  As a thriller and romance author, I spend a surprising amount of time thinking about organization, and The Container Store at Fashion Valley is both inspiring and slightly overwhelming in the best way. The store is large and spacious, with wide aisles and a layout that makes it easy to move through without feeling crowded. The sheer number of totes, containers, shelving systems, and storage solutions is mind blowing. Every wall seems to offer another way to get your life under control. There’s enough staff on the floor that finding help isn’t a problem. Questions get answered quickly, and the team feels knowledgeable about the different systems and options. It’s well merchandised and thoughtfully arranged, so you can actually compare solutions without getting frustrated. It’s also very easy to access within Fashion Valley, which makes quick stops simple even if you’re just grabbing one or two things. As someone who writes thrillers and romance, I can appreciate a place where everything has a system and every item has a place. Organization might not sound glamorous, but when you’re managing books, gear, and ideas, it matters. The Container Store makes it feel possible to keep all of it under control.

  BUYER BEWARE: DON'T SHOP HERE!!!! I spent nearly $200 shopping at this store. Got home (30 miles away by the way) and opened the box and the items weren't even properly welded together so they couldn't be used. I contacted customer service or should I say "lack of customer service" and they told me the solution was I would need to get in my car and drive 60 miles round trip to return the item for a replacement. Not, so sorry sir, we will send you that piece properly welded together. Or we will send you a label to send the box back and send you a new one. Poorest excuse for customer service I have had in years. And ironically the person who helped me online, their title is Customer Solutions Specialist - what a joke!!! Now I have to spend money on gas, wear and tear on my SUV and spend my valuable time away from work and family to bring back this item. WON'T EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
