Even for what they probably considered a simple project we got great service. Every team member we encountered was friendly and responsive. Lisa helped us with a number of specific design details we needed (rental unit) and ensured all the variables were considered (reverse roll, etc). Rusty and Shane were the ultimate installation gurus and did an excellent job with our very tall windows. Especially grateful to Rusty who went above and beyond with an aspect of the installation that was unforeseen on my part. You want someone like that on your project who will do whatever it takes to create an excellent outcome. I did my homework before committing, got other quotes, read the reviews, and I'd make the same choice again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
