10/10 recommend this facility. Hans assisted us and he was great! Very thorough and explained everything to us perfectly. He made the process seamless and easy. My family and I appreciate the help from Andrea, the area manager. She navigated us through this process and connected us with her team to ensure we were happy with our storage rental. I would recommend this company over competitors.

Would NOT recommend this self storage facility if you are looking for larger drive up units. I had a unit there for a couple of years at nearly $800/mo. EVERY time I went, there were employees parked in front of my unit and I had to go the office to have them move their car.
I repeatedly asked them not to park in front of my unit and use the 10-12 open parking spaces on the Southside of the property (would have added 30sec to their "commute" to the offices). Sadly neither the employees nor management listened, and I finally moved out.
I think they would probably be fine if you are looking for non-drive up units, but if they show you units A1001 through A1008, ask for units in B instead. I added a picture so you can see what I am talking about (there was only one car today, usually there are three or more).
The other issue is that they usually raise the monthly rent once a year, so I started at $595 a couple of years ago and ended at nearly $800 today.
