  Renting here has been a breeze! I’ve been renting for years, and the staff is always helpful. The rent is reasonable, and getting in and out hasn’t been a problem at all.

  Really friendly staff, truly environmentally controlled storage units, honest about what's available and what's not. And great, secure facilities and they're willing to be flexible for the times we needed. Also liked that they had both locks and desiccant strips for the unit to really help me feel like it was a safe space for things we still had to figure out what to do with after my father had to move out of his old apartment into a nursing home. The staff's attitude really helped during a rough time.

  I accidentally showed up at the wrong location, but Jayden Wright at the Sorrento Valley location went completely above and beyond. Rather than simply sending me on my way, she took the time to pull up pricing for us, answered all of our questions, and then personally called the correct location to reserve our unit on our behalf. That kind of customer service is rare - she turned what could have been a frustrating mix-up into a completely seamless experience. So grateful for her help!
