I don't know what's happened to their curbside pickup, but I ordered 5 bags of soil on a Sunday afternoon, and at 10 o'clock the next day, my order still isn't ready. So I called the store and asked to talk to an associate. After being transferred, I let the phone ring 10+ times and no one answered. I don't know what's happened to their customer service? But it totally sucks now.
I'm only ordering pickup from Home Depot from now on. I placed an order from Home Depot at the same time I placed this order from Lowe's and the Home Depot order was ready yesterday about an hour after I placed it.

Excellent location in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. I found everything I needed quickly, and the staff was helpful. Plenty of parking available. There is an IKEA to the right and a Costco to the left, which makes it even more convenient.

“Incompetent and incredibly rude customer service. I attempted to return an item from an Instacart order, specifically requesting store credit as per the standard policy. The associate clearly did not understand the process and mistakenly refunded the amount back to the Instacart business debit account instead of issuing me a credit. When I pointed out the error, she became aggressive and yelled, 'Okay,I made a mistake. Contact Instacart!' rather than apologizing. When I explained that resolving issues with Instacart isn't easy, she condescendingly told me, 'Then don’t use Instacart!' Absolutely unprofessional behavior and a total lack of basic training."
UPDATE : as expected, Instacart didn’t help on that. It’s like working with a bot. They just repeatedly read the policy - “To receive your refund, you will need to contact the retailer directly.” Your mistake caused my time and money well wasted :(
