  I had a great experience with this self storage facility. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. The whole process—from move-in to accessing my unit—was smooth and hassle-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind storing my belongings here. I also really appreciated how easy it was to access my unit whenever I needed. Overall, excellent customer service and a reliable place to store your items. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and convenient option.

  After previously renting from another storage facility, I had a good idea of what I wanted when shopping around for our next storage. I found a few different companies, located within 2 miles from where we live and to be honest, it wasn’t a difficult decision going with ExtraSpace. Not only was it the cleanest, their modern style garage storage was the perfect space for storing our items. Before this, I had a drive up which was convenient, but it did get dusty overtime. I first spoke to a rep over the phone who was very helpful in explaining sizes and where the units were located. However, because I was concerned with moving bigger items, I called the actual location to see if I was able to see the units in person. Ericka was in office and super helpful when I stopped by. She showed me the available units and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I was still debating different sizes and ended up renting a larger space online. Online process btw is super easy and convenient. You also get a lock if you select that option. The day of my move in, I noticed there was a closer unit to the loading area and inquired in the office if it was possible to move into that unit instead. Ericka remembered me and assisted in showing me the other unit and making the transfer possible. She and Cecy were polite and made the move in so easy. Since I am familiar with storage, I do realize that the price will eventually increase, this is unavoidable anywhere you rent but as far as quality and overall satisfaction with this storage experience so far, we couldn’t be happier and ended up with the exact storage size and space we needed. Also, they have flat bed dollies to help move your items which came in really handy!

  It’s such a good location to store items from and the manager Erica makes it such a smooth experience. She has been very helpful and flexible whenever I needed assistance and operates it more like a small family business than a large commercial business. Highly recommend!
