  So the front desk asks (begs) you to give 5 star reviews on the first day, which explains why the difference between reviews and reality was so stark. Be sure, they will nearly double your rates after a couple months. There is a section of the contract that says they "may" do it as part of general costs, but I did not expect it so soon and such a stark increase. Never again. I attempted to decrease the doubled amount by calling them and they said they would give me $20 off going forward, but then after a month it went back to the same doubled amount! Never ever again.

  We assumed the lease on 2 units when we purchased the contents in them. Contents are not worth much at all. Life got busy and we didn't get a chance to move the stuff out on time. When we signed the lease, they said we were all set after proving a CC for autopay. We were getting text messages saying payments were posted every month. A few days ago? We were called and informed that they were charging the previous tenant for 4 months. Apparantly, They forgot to remove his CC and add ours when they assigned the units to us. They refunded his money and asked us to vacate the units or foreclose on them.. whoever is answering the phone is refusing to have us talk to a manager. They are asking for a chunk of money that does NOT match the monthly charges we were supposed to be charged. We asked for a break down and they said that can't give us one because the account is delinquent!!!! (happened because of them). Now they are saying the will foreclose on the units unless we pay them what they are asking for. All we want is a break down of where the charges are coming from.. no luck. We are filing a case with small claims today.. it's the principle not the money here.. as tenants, we are entitled to a break down of the charges. They also didn't provide us a copy of the existing lease, they only gave us the lease assignment paperwork. So there is no way for us to verify the charges stated in the original lease. We feel like we are being treated like dirt bags when they refuse to give us a break down and only gave us the option of paying what they want or foreclose on the units. They feel like they have the upper hand and they can just take the stuff. We care less about the stuff, it worth less than what's owed on the units. We are taking this to small claims to teach them to own thier mistakes when they make them.... Stay away from this facility....plenty of other better facilities in the area.
