I located the item in the store and asked if I can just grab that one. No, it has to come from the stock room. So I asked if I could just purchase that item and cancel my online order. No, that is the floor display and not for sale. Sooo..how does one purchase this thing!? Unfortunately needed the item tomorrow for a gift so am canceling the order. Perplexing way to run a business!
