- TFTim FeulingDec 30, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE: DON'T SHOP HERE!!!! I spent nearly $200 shopping at this store. Got home (30 miles away by the way) and opened the box and the items weren't even properly welded together so they couldn't be used. I contacted customer service or should I say "lack of customer service" and they told me the solution was I would need to get in my car and drive 60 miles round trip to return the item for a replacement. Not, so sorry sir, we will send you that piece properly welded together. Or we will send you a label to send the box back and send you a new one. Poorest excuse for customer service I have had in years. And ironically the person who helped me online, their title is Customer Solutions Specialist - what a joke!!! Now I have to spend money on gas, wear and tear on my SUV and spend my valuable time away from work and family to bring back this item. WON'T EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
