Along the way, he ensured that I knew options within the range desired. When Rusty arrived to measure, he discovered that one of my windows didn't have space for the chosen blinds. He told me a way to prepare the window that would allow my choice. When all of the window coverings arrived and were installed, they looked and worked exactly as I'd imagined they would. It's also worth noting that there were no games with the costs involved. Even without the supposed discounts offered by other companies, my expenses came in within 10% of other bids. No games, great results!
