  Wow this was such a horrible experience even more surprising because it’s RH. I was literally never acknowledged, I even walked by 3 representatives that were just chatting between them and said hi and nothing, I genuinely wanted to purchase a dining table and chairs and stayed long enough to give them a chance but nothing. There were 4 ladies, as 1 more walked in after a few minutes, and no other customers but us, and they were all standing by the register doing nothing. I even took a video cause I was just appalled. Hope whoever is the manager can help train them so the store can make sales.

  They had a great selection to browse on the showroom floor and Maddy was very helpful with finding something that was going to fit our home perfectly. She also helped arrange for delivery and installation with Diamond Hands Delivery, Oscar and his team were amazing. They were very kind and efficient and went the extra length to be careful with the delivery itself as well as my home when bringing it in to install. I highly recommend them!

  Great store that we’ve gotten a number of pieces from. Highly recommend Oscar and DH logistics which made the purchase way easier with the seamless delivery experience. We bought two massive tables that I had no way to bring home myself.

  The San Diego location has an impressive offering. Everything is well organized & the store is easy to shop. The team is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. One of the designer, Daisy, was very helpful and caring. She helped me with my selection & made my day. Daisy truly represents the RH brand’s impeccable service & dedication to customer care. The other team members are also amazing: Eileen & Anna (the lady who worked the evening with Daisy) . Eileen patiently helped me locate my pieces and put them on hold for me. This location is amazing!
