  Matthew T helped us in the store today while we were trying to figure out the best shower setup for our bathroom remodel. We had a lot of questions about options like three shower heads versus two, different hardware configurations, and what would work best for our space. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk us through everything, explain the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us a much deeper understanding of how the systems actually work. We left feeling confident in our decisions and clear on the next steps. Highly recommend asking for Matt if you need help thinking through a bathroom project.

  Dave Sablan is just what other appliance stores are lacking. He’s someone who knows his products - seriously he knows how the brands have changed over 20+ years. He has experience repairing major appliances so can explain issues you may want to avoid in such an important purchase. Folks, you won’t find this knowledge at non-Pacific Sales appliance stores. I’ve been loyal to the store since they opened a location in the former Design District in Eastlake many years ago. I’m finally replacing the refrigerator, washer and dryer that I bought 13 years ago (see image). They all still work but… showing their age. BTW - I’m happy I was able to purchase the Best Buy coverage for repairs or replacements from Pacific Sales! If you want appliances that last and someone to walk you through the process, visit Dave Sablan at Pacific Sales 920 Morena Blvd. It’s worth the drive. Shout out to Bradley for his knowledge and professionalism.

  purchaaed a miele dw feb 21. haven't installed it yet--AND the proces working with david sablan was as easy as it gets--he's professional on all levels--asking the right questions to make sure I was getting the right appliance--and most importantly his communication after my visit to help in anyway--ask for him when you go in--

  We came in to buy a washer /dryer set. We were helped by Dave Sablan and Xylina. Both were great to work with, very fast and efficient service. We were in and out in u see 20 minutes with the perfect washer / dryer set scheduled for delivery! Great service great experience!
