  I’ve worked with Dan at Pacific Sales for almost a decade, and he has helped me with countless bath fixture decisions over the years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with. He always takes the time to make sure I am choosing the right fixtures for the space. Dan has helped me with everything from small updates to full bathroom remodels, and he consistently gives honest advice without pushing unnecessary upgrades. He understands design, functionality, and budget, and he is really good at flagging potential plumbing issues before they become problems. Most importantly I trust him and value his input. When Dan makes a recommendation, I know it is because it actually makes sense. Highly recommend working with Dan if you are remodeling or building. He is a huge asset to Pacific Sales. 😊

  Xylina was absolutely wonderful! I shopped many stores in San Diego for dishwashers and by far she was the most knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely refer my friends and family to see her at Pacific sales for their appliance needs.

  Big shoutout to Dan and all the staff at Pacific Sales. We had a very particular shower system arrangement we were looking for and were unable to find it at any of the big box stores or online. Dan took the time to sit down with me and source the parts needed to custom fit exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. Could not be more pleased with the service we received from Dan and everyone we interacted with.

  I have built several homes and purchased appliances, plumbing fixtures, toilets, among other products at Pacific Sales. I have worked with Dan in plumbing many times, and he has always been excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I recently worked with Xylina in appliances, and she was also outstanding—very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Bradley provided excellent customer service as well. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The team is consistently professional, experienced, and a pleasure to work with.

  Horrible instalation. Old oven died, not much available as it's only 24" wide. Found the perfect size. Turns out it was the same one from before, just updated. Thought we dodged a bullet until install day. Texted they'd be here between 8-12pm. My mom called to find out they were closed on Mondays. Arrived at 4 I believe. Said it was too wide & proceed to cut the side wood down. Then worked on brand new oven in the street forever. Not sure what that was about. Shouldn't have had to do anything to it, one would think. Speaking Spanish the whole time, which is fine, but don't know what was going on as they never explained to us what was going on. It's now five thirty...still installing. My 82 year old mom has started barking complaints. Please don't use outside people to install without being open. Will not recommend or use again. Update at 5:42pm. Now they've asked for money. My sister informed them that my mom already paid for installation. 🤬
