As it turns out I was at the wrong store. However Justin was kind enough to guide me where to go. Actually it was Better than that! He suggested I call TemperPedic directly since that would be the quickest way for me to schedule a repair appointment. Justin was very informative about the TemperPedic warrantee. I really appreciated his advice since it will save me a great deal of time and energy. People are quick to complain- It’s important to recognize individuals who are sincerely Helpful & make a difference in some one’s day by simply be kind.

One day we walked in to Ortho, Mission Valley, and before we even laid on a mattress, the manager, Jose greeted us and asked us a bunch of questions about how we sleep, etc. He walked us straight to a mattress that he thought would be perfect for us and he was absolutely right! Could not be happier with the service or the product.
