Wholly Cow! What happened to this place? I waited over half an hour to get a wood beam cut. Then, the Check out Clerk tried to charge me twice. I'll never go back.

They avoid picking up the phone at all costs. One time they picked up for me after ringing for like 5 minutes, and I could hear two employees talking but they seemingly couldn't hear me. After over an hour and a half trying to reach them, I wasn't able to and gave up. Edit from the second day of trying to contact them; they have transferred me twice to the "appliances" phone line, which rings for about 5 minutes and then simply hangs up. One of the people who picked up once gave me a corporate Lowes' phone number, which the person was very helpful, but said they weren't sure why I had the phone number that led to them in the first place.

For installation, I highly recommend staying away. I still appreciate the store itself, however. Why? They outsource project management to Installation Made Easy, Inc. (you can look up this company on Google to see who they are and their terrible reputation). TL;DR: You will have a miserable experience working with Lowe's and this company on claims/warranty and coordination on your project, even on simple projects like a small kitchen countertop. Below is my review for Lowe's installation in partnership with this other company: I entered a claim with Lowe's reps for a cracked kitchen countertop before/during installation. Previously, the counter was not cut to spec multiple times. Finally, although it was still not cut to spec, dimension-wise, the cut was aesthetically acceptable except for the crack. The countertop was white so fissures/cracks are invisible unless stained or tainted, which is not the case during installation, and so only appeared after use. Despite submitting a claim MINUTES after installation with photos, an agent a few days later simply wrote that our claim was denied as they could not see it from the installer's photo (which was taken pretty far back from the stone and not in any way detailed enough to make such a claim). All further attempts of communication were ignored from agents and supervisors regarding the matter. To this day, I have had no response from them on this matter, left high and dry with a cracked countertop that took MONTHS to get installed.
