- SSSarah SolisDec 28, 20241.012/28 at 12:28pm in the Best Buy. I have never seen a lovesac in person so I was excited to sit in one and try it out. When we approached the person working asked if we had questions and we said we didn’t at the time. We sat and tried out both things on display. After about 5 mins we asked “how much would the display run?” The person did answer the question but was very rude and made us feel very stupid for asking questions. We realized after that even though this person may have initially answered the question first about the subwoofer, we didn’t realize the ins and outs of how love sac worked and having the person say “it’s a la carte” and explain it so rudely left me feeling very stupid and wanting leave immediately. Didn’t appreciate this experience at all. I did not catch the persons name but hopefully they don’t treat another customer this way.
