  I came here looking for bathroom lighting specifically, but the selection was limited. Although it's called Light Bulbs Unlimited, I expected more fixtures using imbeded LEDs. Although there were a few lights that caught my attention, the prices were what ultimately made me walk away. I felt I'd seen many of the same fixtures online at a fraction of the price. When I walked in the store I was greeted from behind the counter. I was asked to let them know if I needed help. I told them what I was looking for and all I got was, "well we have plenty of that, just walk around." So what was the point of asking if i needed help? If I wasn't planning on going to a bearby store, going there would've been a complete waste of time.

  These folks get ten stars in our books. My wife and I had just left Lamps Plus and didn't see anything of interest. We happened to drive by "Light Bulbs Unlimited" and decided to stop by. The customer service was excellent. Csilla was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. They carried the modern high-end product we were looking for. Csilla was more than helpful in finding and special ordering the product we fell in love with. And the price was very reasonable. The order was ready for pick up in less than a week. Unfortunately, the homeowner (me) decided to install the chandelier and cut the wrong wires during the installation. We called an electrician who came out, and because it was an LED light, he didn't want to attempt to repair it and advised sending it back to the manufacturer for repair. Not only was I sick to my stomach, but I was embarrassed to call Csilla, and I wasn't sure anyone could repair it. Csilla was more than helpful and encouraging, and asked us to bring it in; if possible, she would help us have it repaired. Needless to say, it was still a sleepless night. The following morning, we showed up with the chandelier, explained the issue, and Elon (employee) came to the rescue and had it repaired within a couple of hours. Csilla provided us with an electrician who installs their LED lighting, a good idea. Csilla and Elon went above and beyond. Our next purchase will be an ample foyer entry pendant light. No doubt we will continue to purchase from Csilla and Elon, customers for life.
