The first day was learning about recliner chair features and choices. Sales Rep Tim was very knowledgeable and we ended the experience with a tentative choice. Tim was off when we returned the next day. Store Manager Megan took over and provided us with literally the finest retail experience we’ve ever had. She was empathetic and Highly knowledgable and professional . She was very helpful with fabric selections and in other recliner choices. We can’t say enough positive about our experience..

( Sadly, we will have a 4 week delay as it is currently out of stock.) After I returned home I called her with a follow-up question and received a quick response. - JJJosephDec 30, 20254.0Service was above and beyond professional. Why only 4 stars? Because La-Z-Boy is unable to deliver my chair to my home and set it up for me. Now me as a disabled Veteran is forced to pick up from store and drag into my home to set up myself. Hell, I’ve been through worse so I’ll just have to suck it up and figure it out. For the amount I pay for the chair, I would think they standby their word of being able to deliver.

I've never gotten that at another furniture store. Anyhow, i was very happy with his customer service and the way he interacted with me when I was choosing a chair for myself.
