I called this company for an urgent house call to fix a jammed door lock, and everything that followed was a disaster from start to finish. The dispatcher initially confirmed someone would call me back. A technician did call and said he’d arrive in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, the tech calls again, now saying there’s “traffic” and it’ll be another 30 minutes. One hour in, I try calling the company for an update and get no answer. I’m standing outside in freezing winter weather, my phone battery dropping to 20%, and starting to genuinely worry. At around 1.5 hours, the tech calls yet again, still talking about how bad the traffic is and asking for another 30 minutes. By 1.75 hours, after calling their number eight times, the dispatcher finally picks up. She refuses to give me the tech’s phone number and says she’ll ask him to call me ASAP. At the 2-hour mark, I try calling other locksmiths out of desperation, but no one can come. I eventually get another call from this company’s tech, still blaming traffic and now referencing some accident. I actually checked, there was no freak accident causing 2.5 hour delay. At 2.5 hours, after nearly three hours in the cold with no real updates and constant delays, I finally give up and break a window just to get inside my own home. Not long after, the tech shows up and demands a $35 service call fee, then immediately raises it to $60 without any explanation. At that point, I was too exhausted to argue and just paid to get them off my property. This was completely unprofessional with zero communication, repeated excuses, and no respect for my time or safety. I will never use this company again and strongly recommend that others avoid them as well.
