Besides the fact that the copy of my key was defective, the customer service team directed me to a technician who was supposed to call me and come to my location to fix the problem. However, when the guy called me, he told me I had to go to Home Depot and pay there for the copy of my key because he wasn't going to come to me. This means I paid for a key copy that didn't work, and I haven't even received a refund. This is completely disappointing and a rip-off.
