    First addressing Sara, who acts as district team leader. You failed this business by condoning the extreme unprofessionalism & lack of regard for me as a customer by your staff member. Her actions are a direct reflection of you as a “leader”. Since (people’s) needs for storing property varies on a case by case basis it is disappointing that you attempted to diminish the unprofessional actions of your subordinates by trying to argue with me instead of holding yourself and your staff accountable for lacking the competence to communicate effectively amongst one another. Being that you are the one who assigned the unit I rent, knowing the sensitivity of my circumstances and still proceeding to diminish the severity of your subordinate, Celina’s, actions toward me to nothing is atrociously disgusting and you and she both should be removed from your roles. Your obvious lack of leadership keenly illustrates why your subordinates continually offered me inaccurate balance details during the times we spoke via telephone. Additionally, being met with extreme hostility from Celina after requesting a PRINTED ITEMIZED COPY of ALL CHARGES accrued since my payments stalled. Since the mobile application shows inaccurate data, and your subordinates during each call offered me different information, I truly hope someone higher than you steps in. Secondly— to the representative, Celina, who clearly lacks the ability to EFFECTIVELY listen, or conduct herself in a professional manner on behalf of extra space storage: Shame on you. You really need to learn how to talk to people. That said, while I am not proud of my elevated tone today, it was completely valid because you “know-it-all” women lack the ability to listen.     Did you know that they dont actually have cameras running on the units despite what they tell you when you sign up? I had to find out the hard way. They only have cameras of THEIR OFFICE and any units close to it via the exterior. A break in happened to my unit under their watch and they took no responsibility for their faulted security measures, were unhelpful in managing the fallout, and were uncommunicative about the whole thing. Took them 3 days to notice the break in, they lied to me and said there was stuff still there and only some of the items got stolen (I shit you not when i got there there was only a single frying pan on the floor and thats how they described it. You think I pay for a full storage unit for a single frying pan you manipulative weirdos??) And furthermore they were shady about letting me cancel when I was unsatisfied with the job they did and tried to trap me into an extra month with them (and their performative pretending at security). DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY CAN"T BE TRUSTED

    LOVE the help Andrea provided me! 💕 I came in to ask her questions about moving out on Monday and she asked me what was causing me to move out. I explained to her that my cat and I finally got our own place to live and that it even came with some neighborhood cats! She mentioned her volunteer work with an organization her sister runs and I asked her for the organization so I can get help with getting all the cats fixed. When I emptied my storage out I had dropped a vase in it that shattered. I went to let Andrea know and asked her to borrow a broom and dustpan and she told me it was ok and she would clean it up. Andrea is the epitome of LOVE and COMPASSION for her customers and I also thank her for her LOVE of the cats. Thank you Andrea!! 💜

    I had a very disappointing experience with this storage facility. After a 45-day lapse due to nonpayment, the facility cut the original lock on my unit and replaced it with their own while I was out of state and unaware this would happen. I later learned that staff entered my unit to take photos for a potential auction and then entered again to re-lock the unit. This created serious concern for the security of my personal belongings. When I contacted the facility to raise these concerns and asked about the escalation process or possible credits, the interaction became unprofessional. The representative stated that she “knows how to do her job,” despite the fact that I never used language suggesting otherwise. There was no willingness to discuss escalation, explain next steps, or acknowledge the concern being raised. I understand that policies exist, but how customers are treated matters. The lack of empathy, accountability, and communication was disappointing. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who may be out of state or expects professional customer service when issues arise.
