But what they are afraid to tell you is that there’s a ton of homeless people right outside your unit looking sketchy. The whole randomly raising your rates feels scammy There are much better places that don’t do that And also don’t have homeless stealing your stuff. We initially spoke to Cindy to arrange our initial storage unit, which was a smooth process. But it ended up not being enough space so we spoke to Bob and he was wonderful in helping us find a cost-effective option in the location we were looking for. Highly recommend!

This review is not about them, it’s about the company’s pricing practices. I started my unit at $63/month. After about 4 months, it jumped to $103/month. Then roughly 6 months later, it increased again to $183/month. That’s nearly triple the original price in under a year, which I find outrageous and misleading. What makes this worse is the 30-day notice policy for rate increases. For customers like me who are out of the country, this offers very little real protection or flexibility. By the time you can react, you’re effectively stuck paying the higher rate or scrambling from abroad. Be aware that the low introductory price is temporary and that significant, repeated increases seem to be part of the business model. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this company to factor that in before signing. Again, the staff deserve credit, but the corporate pricing strategy is unacceptable.
