Came back with a couple of recommendations, but nothing urgent and nothing too expensive. I would call Sam for any inspection needs. He’s thorough, polite and honest, and doesn’t over-sell.

I was so relieved and happy that after battling them every day somewhere in the house, could get a "time off". Thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail !!!
