- MMMichaelNov 29, 20255.0Very nice and helpful. I went in with a problem with my parents blinds asking how I could fix it. I showed them a picture of the blinds and the problem, and they went back and found blinds similar to mine and showed me how to take it apart, fix the problem, and then put it back together. They would normally charge someone to fix the blinds, but I was hoping to do it myself to save my elderly parents money, and they were kind enough to show me, and I was able to fixed it on my own. My parents and I are appreciative of their help and kindness.

We dealt with Caesar, who was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got a new part, which was billed to Hunter Douglas on the lifetime warranty. Perfect experience!
