- TTTronFeb 21, 20261.0I’ve been increasingly frustrated with Aptive Pest Control because they keep scheduling my treatments without properly notifying me in advance. Instead of a reasonable heads-up, I often don’t find out until a week or even two after the appointment was already set, which makes it hard to plan around my schedule or even make sure someone is home. Pest control isn’t something you can just show up for unannounced, there are gates, pets, and access considerations and the lack of timely communication feels inconsiderate to customers. I don’t mind the service itself, but the poor scheduling communication makes the whole experience stressful and inconvenient.

He then offered to take care of the exterior which was not part of this service. He then provided bug traps for the silverfish to be used in the areas that we felt needed extra attention. He then took time to explain what he did and how we could insure that these silverfish wouldn’t be a problem in the future. Dominique went above and beyond in his treatment service to make us feel that these pests would not return. He gave us his work cell number in case we had any further issues. He did a great job at customer service which is a great reflection on Aptive Pest Control. Thank you.
