We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

- EBEddie BarrientosApr 24, 20251.0Absolutely terrible from the beginning. First off the lady was extremely rude when I first showed up to drop of my pants for alterations. I left my pants for 4 weeks because I was unable to pick up only to find out she lost my pants. The worst part of this is that she blamed me for various reasons: I took them to another store, I didnt have my ticket, I gave the wrong name and that I never paid for alteration. Then she blamed the Nordstrom employees for not doing their job right. At no point did she accept responsibility or apologize for losing my pants. Not only was the experience horrible, they are ridiculously expensive. Avoid if possible
