- OMOlya MSep 28, 20191.0Made an appointment, then saw online that they don’t alter wedding dresses purchased outside of Nordstrom. I called alterations department to confirm and was told to come and bring the dress so they can take a look. I came in today and put the dress on to only be told by the others that they never alter wedding dresses that were not purchased in Nordstrom and its their strict policy. Thanks for wasting my time. I spent 2 hours traveling back and forth and talking to people there while I could be doing other wedding errands. I do not have tolerance for parties who simply fail to communicate their policies to their staff.
