    We purchased a refrigerator here at Lowes San Clemente, in less than a month it started making loud grinding noise and eventually broke down. Called Lowes San Clemente and spoke to this lady named CAMILLA PIHO, she was nothing but RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! After explaining to her our issue she asked for our phone number which we provided and for some reason she could not find our purchase online, so we asked her if she can look it up through the order number - and she simply refused to do, we told her "do you mind helping us out look it up thru the order number?" She then told us " YOU NEED TO BE NICE TO ME, IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU, OK, BYE!" and hang up on us just like that! @LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT: EMPLOYEE: CAMILLA PIHO Spoke in a rude tone, dismissed my questions, refused to assist and simply hang up on us like us not having a working fridge for almost a week was nothing for her, she obviously DID NOT CARE! As a customer, I expect to be treated with BASIC RESPECT and professionalism, and this interaction fell well short of that standard. But I would like to express my appreciation to GARY (manager) and JAIME DEDMON (specialist) for the kindness and professionalism they showed me. GARY went above and beyond in assisting me resolve the issue. And JAIME was nothing but friendly, very patient and professional in answering all the questions we had, and she made the whole process smooth and stress free for me. To GARY AND JAIME I truly appreciate your level of professionalism and kindness.

    Impossible to find anything. I’ve had multiple experiences like this. Call ahead, they say they have it, then you can’t find it anywhere even with the help of multiple associates pointing you in various directions. The online system showing locations is completely inaccurate. Waste of time coming here. I’m not looking for anything uncommon either.

    This is a shout out to Associates Myles, Evan and Mickey the Assistant Store Manager. My Mom was having some problems getting her rebate from a dishwasher she had purchased at Lowes. Myles tried to help by sending an email to the rebate center to expedite the rebate process. Unfortunately, despite his efforts we never got a response. We decided to go back to Lowes to see what else we could do. Myles referred us to Evan who tried to help as well. He got the run around and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get my Mom some help. We brought our dog with us and as we were sitting there, Mickey the Assistant Store Manager came over and adored her, which she loved and he even gave her an adorable toy to play with! Thank you Myles, Evan and Mickey you truly cared to make our day better :)
